Terms of Service (Joyo.pk)

Welcome to Joyo.pk! By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

A. Order Placement & Verification

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

  • All orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to phone call or WhatsApp verification. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.

B. Pricing and Inventory

  • All prices listed on Joyo.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of standard handling, unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.

  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

C. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all across Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. However, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

D. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
